About our Employees:
KCM Advertising is a Media Buying and Creative Services LLC. The founders and officers of the company are President John Kolesa, and Keith Cooper. Both Keith and John are Senior Marketing Consultants, with Keith doing the majority of the planning and John doing the majority of the buying for the agency.In addition, the company’s growth is driven by the concept of employee ownership and is comprised of a staff that includes sales representatives and creative talent in the areas of production and graphic design.
John went to the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Florida International University, where he studied Marine Engineering and History with a minor in Creative Writing before receiving an MBA from the University of Phoenix in Global Business Management. John has worked for Global 500 Companies and has years of experience as an independent business consultant before working in both sales and sales management for several Central Virginia Media Properties. John is President of KCM and acts as the buyer for all accounts. He is also a Senior Marketing Consultant, and also does copywriting for the agency.
Keith went to Texas Christian University and studied Marketing. Keith has also sold and managed multiple forms of media and print services prior to starting KCM Advertising. Keith serves as a Senior Marketing Consultant and planner on client accounts.
Jaime graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, focusing mostly on graphic arts and photography. She worked at the Bayly Art Museum as a Digital Collections Photographer before joining the KCM staff. Jaime is our in-house Graphic Designer/Webdesigner and Webmaster, as well as a full-time Marketing Consultant and planner for client accounts.
Carol is the newest member of our team and is our bookkeeper. Carol comes to us from a media market controller background working in Dallas, Houston and Charlottesville. Most recently Carol was a market controller for Clear Channel Radio for seven years before joining KCM.
