PRESS RELEASE: KCM Advertising to Judge the ADDY awards!
Charlottesville, VA, 3/5/2010: Creative minds do not always think alike, which is why judges with wide ranges of creative experiences were required to evaluate local winners at the District ADDY Creative Competition for the American Advertising Federation. KCM Advertising’s Creative Design Specialist, Jaime Conner, has accepted an invitation to be one of three judges at this year’s district competition held March 19th-20th in Charleston, WV. Jaime’s background is in Art History and Graphic Design. She earned her BA from James Madison University and has experience working with multiple museums and galleries. She now handles all in-house graphic design and website design for clients belonging to KCM Advertising, a full service agency located in Charlottesville, VA. Winners selected from this competition will move on to National level judging where winners will be announced at the AAF Conference in Orlando, FL this June. Please visit KCMadvertising.com for more information about our agency.
Finally, we’re shooting a commercial for KCM Advertising! We’re filming on Monday, January 4th, 2010. It can be seen on cable stations all over Charlottesville. We’re shooting at James Madison University’s UREC (University Recreation) center. We’re using their three story climbing wall to mimic our logo and then going to a secondary site called Blue Hole to finish shooting. The commercial will include John, Keith, and Jaime, and will be filmed by our Production Lead, Steve Shergold. We are so excited to hear your feedback and will post the video as soon as it is finalized! What a great way to start 2010, we wish you all the best of luck!
